Based in the heart of Edinburgh, the Old Town Bookshop was established in 1992, specialising in rare, out of print and antiquarian books with an emphasis on art and design. The website showcased the company's range of new art and photography books purchased directly from the publishers as it ventured into the online marketplace for the first time.

fourfiveone designed the website, scanning in every book cover and providing detailed descriptions of each item. fourfiveone also provided an expert cataloguing service for the older collectible books, producing hard copy catalogues and CD-ROM marketing products.
