LETTER OF PLEDGE TO FRIENDS OF BINNING WOOD

Appeal for pledges to enable an offer to be made by Friends of Binning Wood to purchase Binning Wood for the Community and set up a Company Limited by Guarantee with charitable status to own and manage the wood. A closing date for the sale of the wood has been set for Tuesday 24th June 2003 and pledges are required to assist Friends of Binning Wood both in applying to the Scottish Land Fund for grant assistance in purchasing the wood and in submitting an offer at the closing date.

Pledges will only be called upon if Friends of Binning Wood are successful in purchasing the wood.
